Zojirushi-Baby Ltd. started manufacturing baby carriages in 1930. We have kept development since then as a manufacturer of baby carriages and walking assistants for senior citizens.

After World War II, we have developed various unique products such as the BED CAR, the prototype design of current baby carriages; the innovatively designed CATHY making use of aluminum in the industry for the first time; the SUN VALLEY with its dual direction handle mechanism so that the parent can see her/his baby when in use, the first in the world; the SUN MELODY with its dual direction handle mechanism used in compact folding type, the first in the world, etc.

In recent years, we won the Good Design Award for two consecutive years in the walking assistant division for senior citizens, for the WITHONE in 1999 and the HEALTHY-ONE CAN SIT in 2000. And in February 2010, Zojirushi-Baby Ltd. celebrated the 80th anniversary since our establishment. We will continue to provide our customers with safer, higher quality and more innovatively designed products with our good service making the best of our experience of meeting the needs of our customers in the future.
