What about repairs in case of trouble?

1.Take the product to the shop where it was purchased for consultation.
2.Send the product to us directly.
3.Call us regarding the part giving trouble.
Where can we buy your products?
They are available at the nursing care products corner at department stores nationwide.
Or we may give directions to a shop, etc, near you.
Please feel free to call us.
Tell us how to open or close up the products.
Please refer to the user’s manual for the use of products.
Where can I get a part in case of damage or loss?
Please call us if there is any damage, etc.
If the part is easily replaceable by the customer, such as a screw to adjust the handle height, we can send it to you COD.
n some cases, parts are not replaceable by the customer.
We will discuss it with you in such cases.
